  • "Service Fee" — the professional fee charged by TravelZone for its work.
  • "Third-Party Fees" — embassy, government, courier, biometric, medical, translation, notary, or similar fees payable to organisations other than TravelZone.
  • "Authorities" — embassies, high commissions, consulates, MOFA, BMET, immigration offices, employers, education boards, and any other body whose decision is required to deliver the Service.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing our website, creating a client portal account, paying any Service Fee, or instructing us in writing or orally to act on your behalf, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Data Collection Notice, which together form the contract between us.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Bangladeshi law. You confirm that all information and documents you provide are genuine, complete, and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

4. Scope of services

We act as an advisory and processing consultancy. We help you prepare, assemble, and submit applications, and we liaise with Authorities on your behalf where permitted. We are not a government agency, embassy, employer, or law firm. The final decision on any visa, work permit, employment offer, or attestation rests entirely with the relevant Authority, and we cannot and do not guarantee any particular outcome.

5. Client obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide truthful, complete, and timely information and documents.
  • Disclose any prior visa refusal, deportation, criminal record, or adverse immigration history.
  • Respond promptly to requests for additional information; delays caused by you may impact deadlines.
  • Attend embassy interviews, biometrics, medical examinations, and other appointments scheduled for you.
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and not for the circumvention of any immigration, employment, or financial law.
  • Keep your client portal login credentials confidential.

If you submit forged, altered, or misleading documents we will terminate the engagement immediately, retain any fees paid, and may report the matter to the relevant Authority and law enforcement.

6. Fees & payment

  • Service Fees are quoted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT) and confirmed in writing before work begins.
  • Third-Party Fees (embassy, government, courier, medical, biometric, etc.) are separate and are paid either directly to those parties or routed through us at cost.
  • We accept payment by bKash, Nagad, scheduled bank transfer, or cash at our Sylhet office. A receipt is issued for every payment.
  • Embassy and government schedules of fees may change without notice; any increase is your responsibility.
  • VAT and any applicable taxes will be added where required by law.

7. Engagement, changes & cancellation

Work begins on a file once you have signed (electronically or on paper) the engagement summary and paid the agreed initial deposit. Either party may terminate the engagement in writing. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy. Changes to scope (for example, switching destination country or visa category) require a new engagement summary and may attract additional fees.

8. Intellectual property

All text, graphics, logos, document checklists, templates, country guides, and software on travelzonebd.com are owned by TravelZone BD or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You may use the materials for your personal, non-commercial reference only. Re-publishing, scraping, or redistributing without our written consent is prohibited.

9. Prohibited use

You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, client portal, or other clients' files.
  • Upload viruses, malware, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
  • Use our website or AI assistant to harass, threaten, or impersonate any person.
  • Use automated tools to crawl, scrape, or reproduce substantial portions of our content.
  • Engage TravelZone to assist with any application based on false documents or false statements.

10. Third-party services & links

Our website may link to embassy portals, payment partners, airline or hotel search providers, and other third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or pricing of those services. Your dealings with them are governed by their own terms.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Services is limited to the Service Fees actually received by us for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for:

  • Refusal, delay, revocation, or cancellation of any visa, work permit, attestation, or employment offer by an Authority.
  • Loss of earnings, business opportunity, deposits paid to third parties, non-refundable airline tickets, or accommodation bookings made on the assumption of approval.
  • Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
  • Delays or failures caused by Authorities, courier services, internet outages, strikes, civil unrest, pandemics, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
  • Errors in information supplied by you that we relied on in good faith.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold TravelZone harmless against any claim, loss, fine, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) false or misleading information you supplied, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your breach of any law or third-party right.

13. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed by the other in the course of the engagement, and to use it only for the purpose for which it was disclosed. This obligation survives termination of the engagement.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate the engagement, with written notice, if you breach these Terms, fail to pay an undisputed invoice within 14 days of the due date, or instruct us to do anything that would expose us to legal or reputational risk. On termination we will return original documents in our possession and account to you for any unspent Third-Party Fees, subject to our Refund Policy.

15. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, including the Contract Act 1872 and the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. Failing that, the courts of Sylhet have exclusive jurisdiction.

16. General

  • Severability — if any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
  • Entire agreement — these Terms together with the engagement summary, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Data Collection Notice form the entire agreement between us.
  • No waiver — failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
  • Assignment — you may not assign your rights without our written consent; we may assign to a successor entity.
  • Amendments — we may amend these Terms by posting an updated version on our website. Material changes take effect 14 days after notice to active clients.
  • Notices — written notices to TravelZone should be sent to [email protected].
